Delete your VinX account

In the VinX app

• Withdraw your balance, and wait for any open trade to finish.
• Open Account, then tap Delete Account.
• Read what happens, tap Continue, type DELETE and enter your PIN.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email on your account, or message @VinXSupport on Telegram from your account, and ask us to delete it. We check it is you before we delete anything, and we answer within 30 days.

What happens

• You can no longer sign in on Telegram, the app or the web.
• Your crypto addresses stop working. Coins sent to them later may be lost for good.
• Your referral code stops working.
• You stop getting messages and offers from us.

What we delete and what we keep

We keep your sales, payments and withdrawals, with the cards you sent for them, for as long as the law requires. They are kept only for that and are not used for anything else.

Gift card photos you send from the app or the web are deleted 90 days after the trade closes, unless we are still looking into that trade. A record that the photo existed stays.

Ask Support and we delete the rest of your personal data, such as your sign in devices, support chats and notification settings, except what the law makes us keep. We answer within 30 days.
